Consultant / R&D for Team Leader

We are looking for an Innovation Consultant for an R&D+i project for an important INNOVATION company specializing in professional advisory services and tools, located in Madrid. After a period as a consultant, you will become a team leader. You will perform, among others, these functions: Lead the development of work and generation of deliverables on time and with quality. Identify opportunities in current and new clients. Evaluate the performance of consultants and managers (180º). Participate in training, evaluation, and client loyalty. Collaborate in project planning, team assignment, internal communication. Review and distribution of deliverables. Ensure relationships with clients and third parties. Participate in project follow-up meetings. Measure client satisfaction and regulatory compliance. We offer: Job stability. Access to a group leader position after a period. Initial salary around 35k.
