Consulting Team Lead (m/w/d) Atlassian & Cloud und DevOps Solutions

We are looking for a leadership personality with strong communication and the vision of a high-performance team to lead our Atlassian- and Cloud-Projekte actively. XALT Business Consulting GmbH is an Atlassian Platinum Solution Partner with 100% DevSecOps-DNA and realizes projects in areas such as ITSM, Social Intranets, Cloud-Infrastruktur und Identity Management.

Tasks

• Teamführung & Delivery: Professional and organizational leadership of the consulting team – planning the deployment of consultants in Atlassian- und DevOps-Projekten and ensuring timely, high-quality results as well as satisfied customers.
• Methodik & Prozesse: Definition and optimization of our consulting processes and best practices in the team, as well as establishing corresponding methods and continuous improvements.
• Kundeneskalationen: Direct point of contact for escalations – intervening when necessary, finding constructive solutions, and strengthening the trust of our customers.
• Mentoring & Enablement: Coaching and professional development of consultants – mentor in project work, supporting the team with advice and action, promoting continuous learning and best possible performance.

Requirements

• Ausbildung & Erfahrung: Completed studies in (business-)informatics, business administration or comparable, as well as at least 5 years of professional experience in IT consulting or project management, with several years of leadership experience and proven project success in the IT consulting industry.
• Fachkenntnisse: In-depth expertise in Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence etc.) as well as good knowledge of cloud technologies and DevOps principles; experience with identity- & access-management solutions (e.g. SSO, directory services) is a plus.
• Methodische Kompetenz: Fundamentally understanding project management- und Beratungsmethoden and tools like Jira for project management; ideally familiar with agile approaches (Scrum/Kanban) and ITIL/ITSM processes.
• Kundenorientierung: Strong service-oriented mindset and quality awareness; experience in projects in the German-speaking region; proactive ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Führung & Soft Skills: Proven leadership skills and experience in steering distributed teams; strong communicative abilities and empathy; team player with high social competence and organizational skills.
• Sprachen: German on a native level as well as fluent English language skills in writing and speaking.
