This role is responsible for overseeing regional consulting operations, managing advisor performance, maintaining key client relationships, and driving service excellence across the health care consulting portfolio. Key Responsibilities Operations and Regional Management: Oversee regional consulting operations, ensuring effective management of resources, budgeting, and reporting. Manage Advisor Performance: Monitor and evaluate advisor performance, providing coaching and development opportunities to improve overall team performance. Maintain Key Client Relationships: Foster strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions to meet those needs. Drive Service Excellence: Develop and implement strategies to drive service excellence across the health care consulting portfolio, ensuring high-quality services are delivered to clients. Requirements Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business administration, human resources). Experience: 5+ years of experience in employee benefits consulting or a related field. Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team; strong leadership and management skills. Certifications: Professional certifications such as CFP (Certified Financial Planner) or CEBS (Chartered Enterprise Risk Consultant) are an advantage.
