Consultation and Project Leadership Strategy
Job description
- You develop the strategic orientation of wholesale trade and merchants further, steer the strategic and operational exchange with the management board and senior executives, serving as a sparring partner.
- You lead strategically independent projects and interdisciplinary project teams on topics such as the development of market concepts, digitalization and transformation of business models, reorientation of product ranges or optimization of market processes.
- You are responsible for structuring complex project situations.
- You drive forward the project portfolio of the entire department.
- You develop concepts and implementation strategies and prepare corresponding decision-making in the form of business cases.
- You drive proactively the development of business models forward.
- You continuously monitor the national and international market as well as competition, create analyses, identify market opportunities and communicate these to management.
