As part of our digitalization strategy, we are looking for a Consultant / Manager EDI Integration (m/f/d) who will manage our EDI projects with customers and internal departments — from requirements analysis through to the end of the HyperCare phase — thereby making a key contribution to successful system integration.

Expertise for the Team – Your Profile

• Basics: Degree in (Business) Informatics or a comparable qualification
• Experience: Several years of experience in EDI integration management, ideally with a focus on logistics processes and supply chain workflows
• Know-how: Solid understanding of logistics processes, project management experience (EDI or system integration), confident handling of EDI standards and communication protocols (AS2, SFTP, Webservices), as well as common data formats (EDIFACT, X12, XML, JSON)
• Skills: Strong in requirements analysis, customer orientation, initiative, structured working style
• Communication: Excellent English skills, strong consulting competence in direct customer interaction (internal & external). German skills desirable (B2).

• Consult & Analyze: Conduct requirements analyses for EDI integrations, clarify technical and business frameworks with customers and internal stakeholders
• Guide & Coordinate: Manage and oversee integration projects – from kick-off through testing to go-live and beyond, up to the end of the HyperCare phase
• Communicate & Align: Collaborate closely with technical contacts (EDI developers), business departments, and development teams
• Monitor & Validate: Track project progress, define acceptance criteria, conduct testing and acceptance processes
• Support & Maintain: Coordinate master data management during integration, define monitoring mechanisms, and provide support for active EDI connections
