Senior Consultant – Transformation, Marketing & Customer Experience
VML Consulting is the customer experience transformation consulting firm of VML France (WPP group, global leader in communication and marketing services).
We support major clients and key players in defining and implementing strategic transformations, at the intersection of business, marketing, data, technology, and creativity.
Structured around three poles — Business Consulting, Data, Technology & Digital — the firm intervenes end-to-end, from vision to execution, with a strong conviction: performance comes through a reinvented customer experience, driven by data and AI.
We are recruiting a Senior ConsultantTransformation, Marketing & Customer Experienceto join our Business Consulting Practice.
Your mission
You will work on high-stakes projects dealing with various transformation, customer experience, CRM, AI, or change management issues for demanding clients (luxury, retail, financial services, hospitality…), in B2C and B2B :
- Define strategic vision and roadmaps
- Identify innovative opportunities and use cases
- Design engagement strategies and customer journeys, measuring their impacts
- Rethink processes and organizations, particularly in contexts of AI / agentic integration
- Drive the operational implementation of initiatives, from launch to scaling
- Support client teams in change and tool adoption
- Measure performance and ROI to ensure sustainable success of deployed actions
Your profile
- You have at least 5 years of experience in transformation, change management, marketing, and customer experience, ideally in consulting
- You are recognized for your leadership, analytical skills, and ability to synthesize complex issues
- You have solid methodological foundations (strategic scoping, roadmap definition, use case construction,…)
- You have good knowledge/appetite for AI topics
- You know how to adapt quickly to varied and demanding contexts
- Curious and proactive, you propose innovative solutions to create value
- Fluent English is essential (clients and international environments)
