Being a Product Designer Consultant at Thiga 🖇
  • Either you are immersed with the client: you strengthen their teams to create responsible and effective digital products.
  • Or you support the client in designing the Design strategy to ensure the consistency, quality, and impact of user experiences across all of the company's products and services.

  • You collaborate closely with the Product, Tech, and Marketing teams to establish a clear Design vision, aligned with user and business objectives.
  • You train internal teams in best Design practices.
  • You contribute to defining the product roadmap by bringing a user-centered perspective.
  • You define user flows and create interfaces.
  • You oversee the consistency of user journeys and interfaces across all platforms.
  • You promote the strategic value of Design to stakeholders.
  • You implement and evolve Design processes, tools, and rituals. You notably participate in improving the Design System, contribute to Research, the use of data, and the deployment of Artificial Intelligence within your team.
  • You set up performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of Design on Business objectives.

    • Required experience and qualities 📇
  • You have at least 8 years of experience with measurable impact in e-commerce environments and, ideally, with varied experience (Scale-ups, large corporations, Consulting).
  • Communication: you have excellent communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills. You have the ability to develop a trusting relationship with clients.
  • Diplomacy: you know how to present your ideas and convictions and manage relationships between different stakeholders. You know how to be assertive.
  • Curiosity: you stay informed about new developments and best practices in Product Design, Product Management, and AI. Figma Make, Claude, Lovable hold no more secrets for you :) They are allies that allow you to accelerate, improve quality, and explore new ways of designing and delivering.
  • Humility: you know how to question yourself and learn from your mistakes to evolve better.
  • Fluent English: you can work independently in an international context.
