nAIxt Consulting is the strategy and transformation consulting entity of Illuin Technology (French AI tech leader), specializing in accelerating the adoption of AI in companies. We bridge the gap between technological power and the operational reality of businesses, by building trajectories, uses, and adoption together with our clients. In a context of strong growth, we are looking for a Confirmed Consultant capable of independently working with our clients (Large Groups, Mid-sized Companies) to transform the enthusiasm for AI into concrete business value.

🧭 Main missions (non-exhaustive)

Strategic Framing & Roadmaps

• Diagnose: lead "AI Readiness" maturity audits (Tech, Data, Culture) with general management.

• Analyze processes: for various business functions (Marketing, HR, Operations, Finance...), identify opportunities for optimization and innovation through AI.

• Translate into solutions: transform a business need into a qualified AI use case (framing document, ROI calculation, user journey).

• Design: define the functional specifications for AI assistants or solutions to be developed.

• Orient: build AI roadmaps (ambition, key milestones, budgets)

Deployment, Adoption & Acculturation

• Support AI projects: ensure the link between all stakeholders, contribute to progress (= PO / PM)

• Manage the use case portfolio: centralize business initiatives, assist in the initial analysis of automation and innovation opportunities.

• Industrialize uses: support the mass deployment of AI assistants.

• Acculturate: design and lead training programs to demystify AI at all levels of the company.

• Secure: assist in setting up AI program governance.

👤 Profile sought

• Higher education (business school, engineering school, top-tier university)

• Minimum 3 years of experience in consulting, digital transformation, data, or AI, or in managing digital transformation/Data/AI projects in a company.

• Strong intellectual curiosity, rigor, and team spirit.

• Enjoyment of demanding and evolving environments.

YOUR SKILLS: Know-how

• Business Analysis & AI Translation: proven ability to dissect business processes, identify pain points and innovation areas, and translate them into functional specifications.

• Data & Tech Culture: ability to understand key AI model concepts to communicate with technical experts and assess the complexity of a use case.

• Strong Appetite for AI Technologies: you have already configured AI agents or automations using Low-Code/No-Code tools or you are eager to learn to prototype so as not to remain theoretical.

• Mastery of Generative AI Tools: ChatGPT, Gemini, NotebookLM, etc., and prompt engineering.

• Consulting & Product Methodology: mastery of product management methods (Agile, Scrum, PO/PM role) and production of impeccable summary deliverables.

• Consulting Posture & Leadership: you know how to reassure a CIO, challenge a Marketing Director, and simplify for an HR Director. You have a "presence" with decision-makers.
