Aufgaben

• You analyze, design, and optimize business processes in complex organizations
• You develop tailored solutions for efficiency improvement and implement them together with our clients
• You steer and are responsible for projects – from planning to successful realization
• You conceptualize and moderate workshops with executives and employees
• You accompany change processes and ensure acceptance and sustainable anchoring
• You work closely with our clients and develop feasible, implementable solutions

Qualifikation

Profile:

• A successful degree or comparable (e.g., business administration, engineering, economics or comparable)
• Multiple years of experience in process- and organizational consulting (preferably in a consulting firm)
• Fundamental knowledge in process analysis, optimization, and change management
• Ideal further education in consulting competence – preferably with systemic focus
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills
• Structured, self-responsible, and goal-oriented working style
• A high degree of problem-solving competence and entrepreneurial thinking
• Readiness for project-related travel
