a Business Economist / Public Economist (w/m/d)

with focus on restructuring consulting.

This is what you can expect from us

• Development and operational implementation of restructuring concepts and measures.
• Preparation, plausibility, and analysis of business and financial plans.
• Interim management in crisis, special, and insolvency situations, pragmatically and hands-on within the company.
• Preliminary preparation, accompaniment, and conduct of self-administration, protective shield, and regulatory insolvency proceedings.
• Distressed M&A – Active shaping and steering of corporate acquisitions and sales in special situations.
• Operative support for (distressed-) investors in stabilizing and reorienting the business operations after takeover.

This is what you bring with you

• You hold a successfully completed Master's degree, ideally focused on Corporate Finance, Controlling or Accounting.
• You have ideally already gained 1-3 years of professional experience in the restructuring unit of a consulting firm.
• You take over project responsibility from the start with a structured and independent working style.
• You are characterized by excellent communication and presentation skills.
• You show outstanding teamwork skills, even in situations with increased workload.
• You have a passion for developing individual solutions and possess excellent knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
