We are looking to strengthen our team in Berlin and are seeking a motivated Consultant (w/m/d) for the development management of building and real estate projects.

Aufgaben

Your tasks

• Location & Quarter Development: Participation in feasibility studies, location analyses, and usage concepts, as well as evaluation of urban planning and real estate economic framework conditions.
• Project Management & Coordination: Support in managing interdisciplinary project teams, creating decision-making documents and presentations, and monitoring relevant project parameters.
• Process Design & Moderation: Preparation and documentation of workshops, participation formats, and coordination processes with project partners and public clients.
• Aquise & Further Development: Participation in developing and further developing our service portfolio in development management.

Qualification

Your profile

• Education: Completed degree in urban planning, architecture, real estate economics, geography, civil engineering or comparable field of study.
• Experience: First practical experience in urban or quarter development, project development or real estate consulting is advantageous.
• Expertise: Understanding of urban planning, economic and organizational development relationships.
• Soft Skills: Engaged, communicative, team-oriented and confident in appearance towards clients and project partners.
• Languages: Very good German language skills (min. C1/C2) and good English language skills in spoken and written form.
• Technical Skills: Very good MS-Office skills, presentation confidence and structured working method.
