Consultant and Sales Manager M365 (m/f/d)

You will combine consulting, sales, and solution development to create a holistic customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Consulting customers on Microsoft 365 and Modern Work
• Identification of digitalization and automation potentials
• Analysis and understanding of business processes
• Development of suitable solution concepts based on Microsoft 365
• Presentation of solutions and conducting workshops
• Creation of offers and support in the sales process
• Close collaboration with our technical teams and consultants
• Accompanying customer projects from idea to implementation

Qualifications

• Enthusiasm for digitalization and modern ways of working
• Experience with Microsoft 365, such as SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform, or Copilot
• Interest in customer consulting and solution sales
• Understanding of business processes and their optimization
• Strong communication skills and confident demeanor
• Initiative and motivation to drive things forward

This would be a plus

• Experience with the implementation of Microsoft 365 solutions
• Knowledge in process digitalization and automation
• Experience in IT sales or consulting
• Understanding of change management and user training
