Consultant - Transformation & Organizational Design

BY THE WAY, WHAT DO TRANSFORMATION & ORG DESIGN CONSULTANTS DO @ RESULTANCE? Our Consultants help clients design, shape and implement the organizations of tomorrow. They are great and proactive people who are learning by experience on projects. They combine analytical rigor, curiosity, and people-centric thinking to support organizations from C-level strategic design all the way to hands-on implementation . They work on Target Operating Models, organizational design, process optimization, and they improve ways of working. WHAT YOU'LL DO: * Participate in all aspects of project work, including data gathering, analysis, synthesis and presentation of findings. * Conduct interviews and facilitate workshops with client stakeholders. * Develop and present deliverables, including presentations, process maps, and organizational charts. * Contribute to the development of project proposals and thought leadership. * Collaborate with other consultants and project teams to deliver high-quality results. * Take ownership of specific tasks and responsibilities, demonstrating initiative and a proactive approach. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: * Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Engineering). * 1-3 years of experience in management consulting or a related field. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word). * Experience with process mapping and organizational design methodologies is a plus. * Experience in a specific industry (e.g., Financial Services, Healthcare, Retail) is a plus.
