We are looking for you as a Consultant & Trainer (m/w/d) for our sister company "TRICAD GmbH" in Frankfurt.

TRICAD MS is a 3D CAD software for TGA and planning on the basis of Bentley Systems. We at Tricad are engineers and creative enthusiasts. For even better software, we always go new ways. That's what we do with flexibility, foresight, and customer-oriented thinking.

We have established TRICAD MS as the leading 3D CAD software solution for building technology and planning. Over 500 customers around the world are successfully working with TRICAD MS and our expertise.

At TRICAD GmbH, we work on modern and efficient solutions for building technology. To enable our customers to work optimally with TRICAD MS, we are looking for you as a Consultant & Trainer (m/w/d) - someone who understands technical processes and likes accompanying people.

Aufgaben

In this role, you will support companies in standardizing and efficiently organizing their planning processes.

You will mainly:

• Implement and configure TRICAD MS in customer environments
• Create and adapt standardized planning structures
• Conduct training for users
• Provide consulting on sensible workflows and functional possibilities. Accompany customers in the successful implementation of our solution

Qualifikation

You work structured, communicate clearly, and can adapt well to different counterparts.

You fit us if you:

• Have a degree in Informatik, or an apprenticeship as Techniker with knowledge in the field of Technical Building Equipment or a vocational training background with expertise on construction site requirements
• Have experience with MicroStation, Revit, or Tricad
• Enjoy sharing knowledge and designing solutions
• Are open, reliable, and customer-oriented
• Travel readiness
