Your Role

As a Consultant Teams Telephony and Customer Contact Solutions, you are the connecting link between IT and business. You advise organizations on the optimal setup of Microsoft Teams Telephony with a strong focus on customer contact centers and integrations with CRM and ERP systems. You analyze business processes and translate them into practical solutions that improve customer experience and efficiency.

You work closely with IT departments and business stakeholders to seamlessly integrate technology and processes. Additionally, you will guide implementations and ensure that users get the most out of the solutions. You play a key role in both customer experience and employee experience.

Who We Are Looking For

• Experience with Microsoft Teams Telephony
• Knowledge of Microsoft-certified contact center solutions such as Anywhere365, Tendfor, Luware, Roger365
• Understanding of CRM and ERP systems and the role of automation within customer interactions
• Strong communication skills and analytical abilities
• Ability to translate complex issues into clear, practical solutions
• Affinity with process optimization and customer-centric working
