Consultant Suport ERP

• Middle-level accounting knowledge - essential condition;
• Experience of 2-3 years in an accounting department;
• Experience working with an ERP system or accounting software;
• Studies or courses in accounting, either ongoing or completed;
• Able to learn and integrate knowledge;
• Ability to organize and manage time efficiently;
• Experience working/interacting directly with clients;
• A person who is trustworthy, amiable, and friendly;
• Communication skills and desire to interact with different people.

• Techical IT knowledge;
• Experience in implementing or supporting software solutions of the ERP type;
• Knowledge of SQL Server database at query, select, etc. level.

• In-depth knowledge and understanding of the SeniorXRP solution;
• Post-implementation support for the SeniorXRP solution at client sites (installation, updates, application configuration, importing data into the client's database);
• Ensuring user support after system implementation;
• Resolving customer requests or errors;
• Interrogating clients' databases and correcting errors;
• FOLLOW-UP with clients regarding the proper functioning of the application;
• Managing personal activities and preparing periodic activity reports.
