Consultant software-implementatie & procesoptimalisatie (AFAS & ATPS)

ATPS BV is a leading software company in Ede, specialized in personnel planning, time registration, access control, and visitor registration. Our solutions are fully developed and maintained in-house. Due to expansion, we are looking for a Software Implementatie & Procesoptimalisatie Consultant with experience in AFAS, who will not only implement our software solutions at clients but also elevate our internal AFAS environment to a higher level.

What will you do?

As a Software Implementatie Consultant, you are responsible for the successful setup and optimization of our software solutions at clients. At the same time, you play a crucial role in optimizing our own internal processes by your expertise in setting up & using AFAS Profit.

Your tasks include:

· Guiding ATPS software implementations at clients based on cao's and business processes.

· Advising on process optimization, both at clients and internally.

· Signaling commercial opportunities and forwarding them to our account managers.

· Evaluating implementations and adjusting where necessary.

Specifically regarding your AFAS role:

· You are a trailblazer in optimizing the internal AFAS environment of ATPS.

· You actively collaborate with all internal stakeholders (HR, Finance, Operations, Management) to set up processes more efficiently.

· You think along and contribute to the company-wide vision on business operations and process automation.

· You support clients in questions about the connection between ATPS and AFAS.

What do you bring?

You are customer-oriented, technically skilled, and able to look at processes with a broad perspective. Additionally, you have:

· A completed HBO or WO degree.

· Experience in implementing software solutions.

· Proven knowledge of and experience with AFAS Profit (management and optimization).

· Strong project management skills.

· Affinity with IT and business operations.

· Good communication skills and a proactive attitude.
