Job Description The Consultant is responsible for delivering quality consulting, project management and support services to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction, as an individual contributor or a team member. Location Specifics : Poland/Romania/Hungary Requirement : 2 years of client facing experience in functional SmartRecruiters Implementation. Preferred industry will be Consulting, IT, Corporate Language Requirement: English and German/ French Position Setup : Remote Duties and Responsibilities: • Deliver quality consulting, project management and support services to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction. • Work as an individual contributor or team member. • Provide expertise in SmartRecruiters Implementation. • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure successful implementation. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients. • Ensure timely and efficient delivery of services. • Identify and escalate potential issues. • Participate in continuous learning and professional development. • Maintain accurate records and reports. • Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.
