Job description :

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in SEO, sales, and consulting with clients, with the ability to develop and improve our SEO offer, automate delivery processes, and maximize profitability. This role will be exclusively focused on developing and implementing SEO strategy for MageMontreal's website. It is a freelance remote position with an estimated commitment of 10 hours per week, with the possibility of full-time employment for the ideal candidate.

Responsibilities :

• Develop SEO offer : Create and refine our SEO services to meet client needs and market trends
• Model and automate services : Design and implement models and automation processes to rationalize service delivery and increase efficiency
• Sales and client management : Sell SEO services to existing clients and prospects, demonstrating the value and impact of our offers
• Team management : Lead and manage a team of SEO executives, providing clear directives, performance evaluations, and continuous support
• Training : Train the team on the effective use of SEMRush and other SEO tools to ensure high-quality service delivery
• Profitability : Ensure the profitability of our e-commerce SEO services by effectively managing resources and optimizing service offers

Requirements :

• Minimum 5 years of experience in an SEO agency or as a freelance SEO consultant
• Proven experience in sales with strong ability to present and sell SEO services
• In-depth consulting experience with clients
• Bilingual in French and English (required)
• Able to work in the EST time zone (required)
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Mastery of SEMRush and other SEO tools
• Solid organizational and project management skills
