Within the Space, Defense, and Security consulting practice, we support the Ministries of the Armed Forces, the Interior, and Justice in their major transformation programs. Serving citizens and working alongside the agents of these 3 ministries, we design and implement the modernization of command chains, operational maintenance, road and internal security, the deployment of digital identity, criminal and civil procedure, and the digitization of correctional facilities. Our consultants actively contribute to major societal evolutions that improve the performance of sovereign ministries and strengthen their relationship with citizens.

Work Environment

Joining our Space, Defense, and Security market (approximately 190 consultants) means participating in the digital transformation of the Ministry of the Armed Forces, the Ministry of Justice, and the Ministry of the Interior, thereby improving their performance and efficiency.

You will participate in a project related to one of our business expertise areas (Supply Chain optimization, Information System urbanization, Project Management Assistance, etc.) for one of our major clients.

The Mission

• You are a necessary link for the successful completion of the project. Fully immersed with the client and within internal teams.
• Management of consulting missions in organization and business process re-engineering;
• Participation in IS transformation projects (scoping studies, urbanization studies, master plans, AMOA);
• Participation in the digital transformation of our clients' businesses by imagining the uses of tomorrow (connected objects, Big Data and predictive models, IoT);
• Assistance in the deployment of major programs (change management and training);
• Supervision of junior consultants to train them in consulting professions.

• Graduated from an Engineering school, Business school, university, or equivalent, you have 2 to 3 years of consulting experience.
• You demonstrate genuine curiosity for the Defense and Security domain and enjoy delving into complex subjects. You are rigorous, possess excellent analytical skills and strong interpersonal abilities. You know how to adapt to interlocutors of different cultures and functional or hierarchical levels.
