The Cyber Security team within Advisory is a regional competence center that provides cybersecurity services to Polish and international enterprises. We identify vulnerabilities to security threats and enhance security levels in response to cyberattacks. Consultant / Senior Consultant - Cyber Security Consulting Job Description Participation in advisory projects in the field of cybersecurity for domestic and international clients. Conducting cybersecurity risk analyses and threat modeling. Supporting clients in designing and implementing cybersecurity transformation programs. Designing, implementing, and improving Information Security Management Systems (ISMS). Supporting the building and maintenance of Business Continuity Management Systems (BCMS). Advising on security architecture, processes, and cybersecurity procedures. Analyzing regulatory requirements and supporting clients in adapting their organizations to the requirements of DORA, NIS2, UKSC, CER, and other regulations. Preparing project documentation, reports, and recommendations for clients. Participating in workshops and presenting project results to clients. For the Senior Consultant level: independently leading selected project streams and supporting the development of junior team members. Requirements Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the area of cybersecurity, information security, IT risk management, or technology consulting. Knowledge of issues related to cybersecurity, risk management, and security regulations and standards. Experience in implementing information security projects, risk analysis, regulatory compliance, or cybersecurity transformation. Ability to analyze business and technological problems and recommend solutions. Very good communication skills and the ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders. Ability to work in a team and independently manage assigned tasks. Higher education (preferably in technical, IT, mathematical, or related fields). Very good knowledge of Polish and English, both spoken and written. Additional advantage will be knowledge of regulations and standards such as DORA, NIS2, UKSC, CER, ISO 27001, NIST, or CIS.
