Consultant SAP MM - Bucharest

We are expanding our SAP team and are looking for an SAP MM Consultant to help us develop and optimize procurement and inventory management processes.

For us, the role of an SAP MM Consultant means more than just support or maintenance services. We want a colleague who understands business processes, proposes efficient solutions, and actively contributes to improving how we work, so that the implemented SAP solutions actively support the company's daily operations.

You will be part of the business, not just the technical team, collaborating with users and colleagues from various departments to transform operational needs into efficient SAP solutions.

We want you to have:

• completed higher education studies;
• relevant experience as an SAP MM Consultant or SAP MM Support;
• solid knowledge of SAP MM customizing;
• understanding of business processes in the Procure-to-Pay area: procurement, inventory, goods receipt, vendor invoices, and material management;
• experience in analyzing business requirements and translating them into SAP solutions;
• knowledge of SAP MM integration with modules such as FI, CO, SD, WM/EWM;
• good analytical, documentation, and communication skills with business users;
• experience with S/4HANA, Fiori, IDoc/ALE, or EDI is an advantage.

Together with the team, you will be responsible for:

• analyzing and evaluating business and IT requirements for SAP MM processes;
• configuring, testing, and supporting SAP MM functionalities;
• managing incidents, change requests, and user requests;
• maintaining close collaboration with key users, the IT team, functional consultants, and ABAP developers;
• preparing functional specifications, documentation, and test scenarios;
• integration testing, non-regression testing, and go-live support activities;
• improving existing processes and implementing SAP solutions tailored to the company's needs.
