We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO Domain Lead, with a solid functional expertise in the SAP Finance (FI) and Management Control (CO) modules. You will be responsible for the functional governance of the FICO domain, project coordination, and team accompaniment. This role combines functional leadership, project management, and technical expertise, aiming to ensure the quality of deliverables, process coherence, and alignment with business needs.

- Pilot the functional FICO domain in SAP projects (S/4HANA or ECC).

- Supervise and accompany functional consultants FICO.

- Ensure financial and management process coherence within the SAP system.

- Define and apply good practices and group standards.

- Collaborate with project managers, technical teams, and departments to define needs and solutions.

- Participate in planning, monitoring, and delivering FICO projects.

- Prioritize requests and manage functional evolutions.

- Main coordinator with business management

- Analyze business needs and propose SAP-adapted solutions.

- Identify process improvement axes for financial and management processes.

- Ensure functional monitoring of SAP FICO evolutions (S/4HANA, Central Finance, Group Reporting…).

- Work closely with other Domain Leads (MM, SD, PM, etc.) to ensure process integration.

- Participate in functional governance of interfaces.

- University degree in finance, management, computer science or equivalent.

- Minimum 7 years of experience on SAP FICO, including several as a functional reference or lead.

- Mastery of FI (GL, AP, AR, AA) and CO (CCA, PCA, IO, PA) modules.

- Good knowledge of integrations with MM, SD, PS, PM.

- Experience on S/4HANA, Central Finance or Group Reporting is a plus.

- Ability to write functional specifications and validate developments.

- Excellent communication and customer service skills.

- Leadership, team spirit, and ability to rally.

- Autonomy, rigor, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
