Only Great Action S.R.L. is expanding its sales team and looking for a Consultant Sales Recruitment Services/ Senior Sales Coordinator with B2B experience, passionate about results and leadership.
What You'll Do:
- Coordinate a team of 4-5 sales agents;
- Identify, negotiate, and close contracts with strategic partners;
- Optimize sales processes and the CRM system;
- Track performance indicators (leads, conversion rates, contracts);
Your Profile:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales;
- Knowledge of personnel leasing, HR outsourcing, or services;
- Spirit of leadership and orientation towards performance;
- CRM experience (HubSpot, Bitrix24) - an advantage;
