Job description
Seeking an experienced offshore technical support resource to support AS400-based JDA MMS (Merchandise Management System) environment. The resource will provide application and operational support, assist with issue resolution, and support ongoing maintenance and enhancements. Key Responsibilities Provide L2/L3 support for AS400 JDA MMS applications Diagnose and resolve production issues, including batch jobs, interfaces, and data errors Support daily operational activities (jobs, monitoring, tracking) Troubleshoot and resolve system performance issues, including CPU usage, memory allocation, and disk space Utilize various tools and utilities to monitor and troubleshoot system performance Monitor and analyze system logs for error messages and potential issues Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement process improvements and best practices Support ongoing maintenance and enhancements of the AS400 JDA MMS environment
