Whether it's participating in the implementation of demanding OZG administrative services according to the One for All principle or eliminating complex proof requirements for citizens and companies through the consistent implementation of the Once Only principle via register modernization. - Technical understanding and interest in the topics that an system introduction entails – from configuration and interfaces to data migration and customizing, as well as functional and technical testing
- An eye for what is important after go-live: You consider support, hypercare, user feedback, and the transition to stable operational structures
- Interest in administrative digitalization and how modern IT services are successfully introduced and anchored in public organizations
- Knowledge of OZG, EfA, FIM, data protection, or IT Service Management are a plus – but it's more important to us that you are eager to delve into these topics
