Do you want to not just watch the German administration modernize – but use all your expertise in the digitalization of administrative services? Whether it's by participating in the implementation of demanding OZG administrative services according to the One-for-All principle or the abolition of complex proof requirements for citizens and companies through consistent implementation of the Once-Only principle through register modernization. • You are part of the Consulting Unit and responsible for shaping (IT) consulting projects.
• You support our clients from the public sector in projects for the implementation of digitalization initiatives.
• You support in shaping strategies, organizations, and processes of federal, state, and local authorities.
• Together with the project team, you will work out the customer's requirements and design innovative solution strategies and concepts.
• You will continuously educate yourself through further training and internal team knowledge transfer.

• A completed university degree, e.g., in Political Science, Administrative Science, Administrative Informatics, Law, or Business Informatics – or another background that qualifies you for the field of activity. We deliberately do not focus on specific fields of study.
• Initial experience in consulting or IT project management – we are particularly pleased about any interaction with public administration.
• A good understanding of project planning and control; you ideally already know PMFlex or want to familiarize yourself with it quickly.
• Enjoy accompanying the introduction of new IT solutions from preparation through piloting and testing to successful go-live.
• Communication skills and a good sense for bringing different users and stakeholders along during changes – whether in workshops, information events, consultations, or training sessions.
• The ability to prepare complex content understandably and to summarize it concisely in guides, manuals, or documents for stakeholder participation.
• Technical understanding and interest in the topics that system implementation entails – from configuration and interfaces to data migration and customization, as well as functional and technical tests.
• An eye for what is important after go-live: You consider support, hypercare, user feedback, and the transition to stable operational structures.
• Interest in administrative digitalization and how modern IT services are successfully introduced and embedded in public organizations.
• Knowledge of OZG, EfA, FIM, data protection, or IT Service Management is a plus – but it is more important to us that you are eager to delve into these topics.
