🎯 Your Role

As a Consultant Product Manager, you become THE reference for our clients. New territory, new team, new problem: in a few weeks, you've taken control of the product and brought everyone on board.

🧩 Your Key Responsibilities

• Understand before building. You start from real needs: user interviews, JTBD, benchmarks. You leave with the right problem, not with the initial request.

• Define and arbitrate. You build the roadmap and prioritize the backlog. When Business, Tech, and Design are all pulling in different directions, you are the one who decides.

• Deliver. You orchestrate agile delivery with the Tech and Design teams, from prototype to production.

• Measure what matters. Your KPIs and OKRs are used for decision-making, not for decorating a slide.

• Say no when necessary. You advise stakeholders and rally teams around the right decisions.
  

🎯 Our Goal: to make you a consultant that clients request again and again. The next step leads towards the Senior grade, then towards Product Leader or Consulting Manager, depending on what attracts you.

🔍 Your Profile

3 to 6 years in Product Management on digital products. You have already managed projects end-to-end.

• Structured discovery

• Mastery of roadmap, backlog, and agile delivery

• KPIs that you can link to business value

• A plus: experience with large accounts or multi-team environments, and practice with OKRs, JTBD, and story mapping

• Attitude: strong interpersonal skills, curiosity, autonomy
  

💰 Compensation: 46 to 58K€ gross fixed (Paris) + variable + profit-sharing
