How we work
We are a small team with diverse personalities, professional backgrounds, and perspectives.
We value individuals who think independently, take a stand, and can contribute different perspectives. At the same time, we expect a willingness to take other viewpoints seriously, actively shape collaboration, and take responsibility for shared outcomes.
Constructive dissent is explicitly welcome here. Good solutions are rarely born from quick agreement, but rather from careful consideration of different perspectives.
We work in a partnership-based manner, support each other, and value professional and respectful interaction.
What sets us apart from large consultancies
At processline, you won't spend years in an anonymous project organization.
You will get to know diverse clients, industries, and organizational challenges, and you will work closely with experienced consultants from the outset. This provides you with direct insight into projects, client work, and the development of our consultancy.
We do not believe that good consulting arises solely from methods or standard models. The ability to listen, understand interrelationships, assess diverse interests, and develop sustainable solutions together with clients is crucial.
Therefore, we are looking for people who are curious about organizations and understand consulting as a craft.
What we offer you
- Active co-creation in a phase of growth and development
- High degrees of freedom and self-directed work
- Direct collaboration with experienced consultants and management
- Personal and professional development
- Flexible working hours, mobile work, and 30 days of vacation
- An experienced team with open communication and collaboration at eye level
Does this sound like you?
Then we look forward to getting to know you.
Please send us your application documents, including your CV, relevant certificates, salary expectations, and earliest possible start date.
