Your Team & Mission

Your team consists of engineers and architects who make future building projects a little bit more sustainable with each new project.

As part of an interdisciplinary project team, you are responsible as a consultant to advise our clients comprehensively and find sustainable solutions, whether it's about existing buildings or new construction.

You bring projects forward with your expertise and help in your coordinating role that different stakeholders in the project speak the same language. You extract the best from individual fields of expertise and enable decision-making for innovative, sustainable solutions.

Our projects have a high architectural quality and we work with internationally renowned offices on exciting visions. We stand alongside private property owners, cooperatives or institutional clients and you will have the opportunity to build a broad portfolio.

You can take on a lot of personal responsibility from day one. You will be supported by our experienced team members and can develop individually.

We are at home in the heart of Zurich-Binz, where we also like to come together as a team when we're not on the go for our exciting projects.

Your Task Area

• You work in the team on numerous and diverse projects with a focus on sustainability and building ecology

• You implement sustainability concepts in the immediate practice of projects across all performance phases from early planning to the completion of buildings

• Setting goals in collaboration with property owners / clients (social, ecological and economic objectives)

• Establishing sustainability standards for individual projects and developing a realistic implementation plan

• Add-on tasks in projects - e.g. in the area of circular economy, optimization of grey energy or determination and optimization of lifecycle costs

• You lead interdisciplinary workshops on various sustainability topics

• You take over comprehensive consulting for clients and also independently process projects
