Tasks

Bringing Structure:

Analysis of risks, processes, and security requirements

• Preparation of clear decision-making bases for management teams

• Participation in NIS2 and ISO projects

Shaping Implementation:

Support in workshops and discussions with clients

• Development of action plans, priorities, and recommendations

• Contribution to the development of our TrustOS frameworks

Communication & Clarity:

Translating technical topics into simple, understandable language

• Creation of documents for management and teams

• Documentation, steering, follow-ups

Project Work:

Close collaboration with Senior Consultants

• Responsibility for own work packages

• Gradual takeover of smaller sub-projects

Qualification

Must-haves:

Curiosity and genuine interest in security, compliance, organization, or IT

• Enjoyment of structure, clarity, and prioritization

• Very good written and oral communication skills

• Independent working style and reliability

• Desire to learn, take responsibility, and work closely with clients

Nice-to-have:

Initial experience in consulting, security, compliance, audit, or project management

• Knowledge of NIS2, ISO 27001, or data protection (not a must!)

• Experience with medium-sized businesses, associations, student initiatives, or projects
