Consultant (m/w/d) - IT & Business Solutions

Full-time (40 hours/week)

You are responsible for the economic success of our projects and build targeted customer relationships. In doing so, you bring together customer requirements, sales targets, and technical implementation.

Tasks

• You steer projects through all phases (including budget, margin, time, quality)
• You analyze business processes and economic potential and advise accordingly to suitable IT solutions
• You develop existing customers further, including upselling, cross-selling, and initiation of follow-up projects
• You coordinate with internal teams on the creation of offers, business/use cases, and concepts
• You steer project key figures, ensuring profitability, and keep relevant market trends like the development of AI usage possibilities in mind

Qualification

• You have a completed degree in BWL, Business Informatics or comparable. However, more important than your basic education are the following points:
• Experience as Consultant/Project Leader with sales-related tasks
• Economic understanding (calculation/margins) and process understanding along the value chain
• Techical basic understanding (software, cloud, data, AI), so that you can easily translate business requirements into IT solutions
• Sales thinking
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in German, preferably also in English
• A structured, but pragmatic and solution-oriented working style characterizes you
