Consultant (m/w/d) for Home & Garden Solar Protection Part-time (25 hours / week)
Job description
- Consultation and support of private end customers in the new WAREMA Sun Forum Salzburg (opening in September 2025 at the HELIX building)
- Point of contact for high-quality solar protection solutions, accompanying customers from initial contact to product decision without sales responsibility
- Service-oriented consultation in a premium showroom environment
- Acceptance and processing of customer inquiries, scheduling and planning individual consulting sessions in the showroom
- Use of WAREMA Leadmanagement Tool for capturing and tracking customer contacts
- Interface function to trade customers and internal departments of WAREMA Austria GmbH for optimal customer care
- Closely coordinated work with the WAREMA Sun Forum in Wertheim/Germany
- Support in preparing and conducting exclusive customer events and events
- Taking over all tasks arising from daily operations at a premium showroom
