BleTec Software GmbH, a leading company in software development for the sheet metal industry, is looking for a dedicated Consultant (m/f/d) who will enrich our team with their expertise and customer orientation. In this exciting position, you will be responsible for advising our customers, analyzing business processes, and implementing our software solutions to optimize their workflows. In this position, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of customized strategies to sustainably optimize our clients' business processes. You will advise our clients in various industries, analyze complex issues, and support the realization of innovative solutions. Responsibilities

• Analysis and optimization of customer processes in the sheet metal industry. Consultation and support of existing and new customers.
• Development and presentation of customized consulting concepts.
• Support in project planning and control, including time and resource management.
• Creation of presentations and reports using Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Coordination and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams and external partners.
• Accompanying the implementation of solutions and training users on-site or remotely.
• Maintenance and expansion of a professional network within the industry.
• Sales and marketing activities directed towards customers.

Qualifications

• Experience in project management and project planning is an advantage.
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Fluent German skills as well as good English skills, both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical skills and a structured way of working.
• Excellent communication skills and persuasiveness.
• Independent work style, team spirit, and high commitment.
