Consultant (Junior) – Data & Analytics (m/f/d)

In this role, you will support our clients in developing and implementing data-driven solutions. You will combine business challenges with modern technologies, work closely with experienced consultants, and gradually take on more responsibility in our projects.

• You will support our clients in developing and implementing solutions in the Data & Analytics area – from the initial idea to successful implementation.
• You will analyze data, processes, and business requirements and help develop suitable technical solutions.
• You will work with experienced consultants on data platforms, data warehouses, and analytics solutions, continuously expanding your expertise.
• You will assist in the development of data models, data pipelines, and reports, as well as in data preparation and visualization.
• You will engage with Artificial Intelligence and modern AI solutions and support the development and implementation of AI agents and intelligent automation solutions.
• You will use modern technologies and tools such as Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Power Platform, Azure, SQL, Snowflake, or Databricks and learn their application in real customer projects.
• You will participate in gathering and structuring requirements and help mediate between business and technical challenges.
• You will work in agile project teams, for example, according to PRINCE2, and actively contribute to workshops, meetings, and joint solution development.
• With increasing experience, you will take on your own task packages and initial responsibility within our projects.
• You will have the opportunity to develop professionally and personally and gradually take on more responsibility in customer projects.
• You will work closely with our clients and colleagues, bringing your hands-on mentality, curiosity, and own ideas.

• You have a completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Economics, Mathematics, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field – or are about to graduate.
• You are interested in IT, data, modern technologies, and Artificial Intelligence and enjoy connecting business challenges with technical solutions.
• Initial practical experience with SQL, Power BI, Azure, Microsoft Fabric, Data Engineering, or Data Analysis is an advantage – what is more important to us is your willingness to learn new things.
• Initial exposure to AI, Generative AI, or AI agents is a plus – what is more important to us is your curiosity and willingness to familiarize yourself with new technologies.
• You think analytically and systematically and enjoy delving into complex issues and developing solutions.
• You enjoy working in a team, have initiative and a hands-on mentality, and enjoy driving customer projects forward together with experienced colleagues.
• You want to develop professionally and personally and take on responsibility in projects step by step.
• You have very good written and spoken German and good written and spoken English skills.
• You are willing to travel moderately for our customer projects.
