Your missions

IT Strategy / Definition and deployment of IT strategy

Within a CIO Office environment, you will support IT management in defining, structuring, and formalizing their IT strategy.

You will be responsible for, among other things:

• Contributing to the definition of the IT strategy, ensuring its alignment with business and technological challenges and the Group's orientations;

• Analyzing the current state (As-Is) and defining a target vision (To-Be), identifying areas for transformation and optimization opportunities;

• Structuring IT strategic pillars and deploying them into initiatives, transformation trajectories, and roadmaps;

• Conducting cross-functional strategic analyses: architecture, Data & AI, cybersecurity, infrastructure, operating model, sourcing, and delivery;

• Challenging the technical, functional, and organizational orientations of various stakeholders;

• Preparing and facilitating strategic workshops with IT managers, business units, and experts;

• Identifying risks, dependencies, and trade-offs, and formulating well-argued recommendations for management.

CIO Office / Executive Communication & Governance

You will also work directly with Top Management to:

• Design very high-level PowerPoint presentations for CIOs, Heads of IT, and management committees;

• Transform complex subjects into clear, concise, and impactful strategic messages;

• Prepare governance bodies: Steering Committees, Executive Reviews, and management workshops;

• Contribute to discussions with Top Management, presenting, arguing, and defending proposed orientations;

• Critically review strategic deliverables, both in terms of content (analyses, consistency, recommendations) and form (storytelling, visual quality);

• Produce executive summaries and decision-support materials, facilitating management trade-offs;

• Contribute to monitoring the operational deployment of the IT strategy.

Your skills

Tools and environment

• PowerPoint — advanced proficiency essential: executive presentations, strategic storytelling, data visualization, and graphic quality;

• Excel and Word: analyses, business cases, and strategic memos;

• Collaborative tools: Teams, SharePoint, Confluence, Jira;
• Good knowledge of IT Strategy, IT Governance, Target Operating Model (TOM), and IT Roadmap frameworks;
• Cross-functional IT culture: Cloud, Data & AI, cybersecurity, IS architecture, infrastructure, and IT Operations.

Profile Description

The ideal candidate possesses the following skills:

• Proven experience in IT Strategy, CIO Advisory, CIO Office, or IT transformation consulting;

• Excellent analytical, structuring, and synthesis skills, with a true strategic perspective;

• Critical thinking and ability to challenge technical, functional, and organizational topics;

• Excellent mastery of PowerPoint, with the ability to produce executive materials worthy of a strategy consulting firm;

• Impeccable oral and written communication, with real ease in front of Top Management;

• Very good understanding of IT and business challenges, allowing dialogue with diverse stakeholders;

• Ability to structure thinking, defend recommendations, and facilitate decision-making;

• Autonomy, proactivity, rigor, and high standards for deliverable quality;

• Excellent command of French and English, both spoken and written.

Experience in a strategy or IT transformation consulting firm is a real asset.
