This is what you do here:

• Consultation of our customers in the context of digital transformation with a focus on SAP-based IT landscapes and modern enterprise architectures
• Analysis of the impact of new technologies on business models, processes and value chains
• Development of IT strategies and digital business models, as well as accompanying the implementation at the departmental and management levels
• Participation in introducing and transforming central core systems, particularly SAP S/4HANA
• Conceptualization, execution and moderation of customer workshops
• Support and steering of cross-sectional transformation projects and leadership of integrative coordination and decision-making formats in project-, program- and service management
• Execution of current analyses, maturity assessments and target concepts in the IT Service Management environment (including application of ITIL)
• Identification of new consulting needs at customers and support for further developing the portfolio of services offered by the IT Management department at Orexes

This is what you bring best:

• 2-4 years of relevant professional experience in IT management consulting or a comparable environment
• Degree in (business-)informatics, economics or related fields
• First experiences with SAP systems or SAP-related project contexts (e.g. FI/CO or other modules)
• Good understanding of business processes across central company areas (e.g. finance, supply chain, HR, operations)
• Familiarity with ITIL and BPMN desirable but not required
• Solid appearance in the customer environment as well as communicative strength in workshops and project formats
• Analytical strength as well as structured, methodical approach and enjoyment of working with customers
• Travel readiness and interest in varied projects
