Wir suchen dich:

As Consultant IT - Governance, Risk & Compliance Technology (w/m/d), you will support customers in the financial sector in translating regulatory requirements into sustainable governance structures. You will take responsibility for your own topic areas and accompany projects from analysis to implementation.

Aufgaben

• You continuously familiarize yourself with current national and international regulatory requirements in the financial sector, particularly those of BaFin and the European Union (EZB, ESAs, ...).
• You advise customers in the Financial-Services-Umfeld on IT Compliance, Risk-, Control- and IT-Governance-Themen and support them in implementing regulatory requirements.
• You conduct gap analyses of regulatory requirements against existing business processes, derive concrete measures from this, and accompany the implementation of regulatory requirements – from functional classification to implementation.
• You support customers in setting up and developing robust governance structures and orient yourself towards relevant frameworks like COBIT, ITIL or comparable frameworks and market standards.
• You support Business Development topics, e.g., preparing offers or developing customer relationships.
• You explore the use of AI applications in Governance-, Risk- and Compliance-Themen and develop approaches on how these can be used sensibly and efficiently in consulting projects.

Qualifikation

• You have successfully completed your studies in (Economic) Informatics, Economics, or Law or a comparable field of study.
• You bring at least three years of professional experience within the examination, consultation, or operation of processes in the IT/IKT area from financial institutions and have already gained some experience in the topics of IT Governance, IT Risks, and Controls, IT Compliance, as well as implementing regulatory-driven transformation projects.
• You have a good understanding of regulatory requirements in the financial sector and can safely categorize complex technical content and communicate clearly, professionally, and understandably.
• You are familiar with relevant standards and frameworks in the Governance-, Risk- and Compliance-Umfeld, such as COBIT, ITIL or comparable approaches.
• Sovereign and self-assured demeanor characterize you just as much as your excellent communication skills.
• You have very good German and English language skills. Additional language skills are a plus!
