Identifying and troubleshooting errors that occur on the IT systems in stores
Testing new application versions, preparing related documentation, and installing new versions in stores
Installing equipment for new openings
Adhering to internal procedures and creating new procedures to streamline work time
High school/university graduate
Basic IT knowledge (Windows, Office), networks, databases
Organizational skills, ability to work in a team, customer-focused
Openness, professionalism, punctuality, and perseverance
Sociable, charismatic, pragmatic, enthusiastic, dynamic, and with team spirit
Advanced English language skills, German language is an advantage
Work in a young and dynamic team
