Candidates must have:

• Higher education degree in IT
• Knowledge about software development processes and database management
• Experience using ERP and/or CRM applications (SAP is an advantage)
• Representative experience in implementing software applications
• Communication and counseling skills
• Solid knowledge of information systems and technologies
• Experience documenting IT system architectures and writing user guides
• Paying attention to details, organization, team spirit, initiative.

Responsibilities:

• Define project plans, including stages and deadlines
• Develop project documentation: system architecture, data flows, functional specifications
• Document source code and provide instructions for developers to facilitate future maintenance
• Create and update configuration procedures for development, testing, and production environments
• Instruct end-users about new applications implemented.
• Provide continuous feedback and reports to management
• Ensure project quality, considering deadlines
