Consultant Intern ERP WizzSoftware – SQL and Networking

A multinational company in the field of metallurgical product trading is expanding its team and is looking for an ERP Consultant Intern WizzProM, with experience in working with SQL databases and networking knowledge.

Main Responsibilities:

• Internal administration of the WizzProM ERP application;
• analysis of user requirements and adaptation of the ERP solution to company processes;
• providing technical and functional support to users;
• identifying and resolving incidents that occur during application use;
• performing queries, checks, and data extractions using SQL;
• configuring reports and participating in data import or migration;
• verifying connections between the application, servers, databases, and network equipment;
• training users and preparing work documentation;
• collaborating with internal departments and external suppliers to resolve technical issues.
• ensuring the functioning, security, and maintenance of the company's IT infrastructure: computers, servers, network, applications, and user accounts.

Requirements:

• experience in using, implementing, or administering WizzProM ERP;
• good knowledge of SQL and relational databases;
• networking knowledge: TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, VPN, DNS, DHCP, and connection diagnostics;
• analytical skills and understanding of operational processes;
• communication skills and user orientation;
• organizational and problem-solving skills;
• higher technical or economic studies – an advantage;
• experience in a production, distribution, logistics, or financial-accounting environment – an advantage.
