As a Consultant Intérim, your responsibilities are as follows: You participate in the daily tasks of the agency (recruitment, spontaneous candidate presentations, administrative follow-up) You respond to client requests, always with a qualitative and commercial approach! You're able to search for candidates for different positions (Office - Industry - Logistics - Sales) You know how to write a job description, conduct phone screenings, and schedule interviews You ensure the follow-up of candidates/clients and manage the encoding related thereto You ensure good planning management and are able to handle priorities 'Click below' and discover Mathilde explaining her day as a consultant. https://lnkd.in/eSYBx6DZ We're looking for a junior profile (0-5 years XP) with a dynamic and enterprising personality. You have a higher education degree - type bachelor (secretariat, humanities or equivalent) A first experience in the recruitment sector or planning management is an asset You have easy contact and are oriented towards clients and results You pay particular attention to details, you're rigorous and organized!
