Candidate Ideal
Requirements:
- Experience in an operational environment: warehouse or retail;
- Experience with WMS applications;
- Experience working with clients;
- Solid Excel knowledge;
- Familiarity with hardware equipment for warehouses: printers, mobile terminals;
- Basic IT knowledge: retellistics and Windows for installing and configuring equipment;
- Basic SQL knowledge represents an advantage;
- Driving license is mandatory;
- Availability for travel (20% of the time).
Job Description
- Analyze client logistics flows and requirements;
- Configure WMS application according to client specifications;
- Functional testing and process validation;
- Training for client operators;
- Support for inventory activities at the client;
- Suport for go-live and post-go-live support;
- Ongoing post-implementation support for optimization and troubleshooting.
