Higher education in economics or IT, completed or in progress (master);
CAdvanced knowledge of databases (SQLServer);
Basic notions related to Windows, Windows Server, Android, and iOS operating systems
Knowledge of accounting and economic processes constitutes an advantage;

Provides support and training to users within the accumulated competencies
Escalates unresolved tickets to designated support teams
Participates in implementing IdealSFA/IdealHoReCa/IdealWMS/Symplis/IdealPass solutions, respecting specifications, timelines, and project budget;
