Consultant implementare soft - MEFI CRM & ERP

• Orientation towards client and retention:
  track real adoption of MEFI until daily usage; target retention ≥ 80% on implemented accounts.
• Relevant experience: minimum 2 years in domains: IT Software / Audit & Consultancy / Project Management / Management / Telecommunications.
• Operational rigor: clear plan, firm deadlines, consistent follow-up; document each step („what was done / what is next / responsible / deadline”).
• Applied competencies in MEFI: configure modules (CRM, ERP, PM, BI), set up documents, import CSV/Excel, validations, functional testing, email integration.
• Professional communication: explain to everyone's understanding, maintain recapitulations after each session and manage objections tactfully.
• Behavior: ownership, attention to details, discipline, ability to lead multiple implementations in parallel.
• Language: excellent Romanian; English at work level (B2).

• End-to-end coordination: lead allocated implementations from initiation to stabilization in production, with total ownership.
• Clear objectives & success criteria: align expectations, define measurable results, and delivery plan.
• Project governance: establish stages, deadlines, and responsibilities; track progress and manage risks.
• Configuration & adapt MEFI modules to client-specific requirements; ensure data quality and essential validations.
• Enablement & change: prepare key users, offer training on roles, and increase adoption in the client's organization.
• Communication & reporting: maintain transparent status and actionable recapitulations („what was done / what is next / who is responsible / deadline”).
• Commercial discipline: respect included hours; when scope extensions appear, obtain approval and manage correct additional services.
• Stabilization & handover: validate the agreed-upon result, collect feedback, close the project, and transfer control to support.
• Ongoing improvement: document learned lessons and signal internal recurring needs from the market.
