Higher education in economics or technical fields
Basic economic knowledge, knowledge of current legislation applicable in the field of human resources (personnel, payroll, timekeeping), accounting
Previous experience in HR departments or implementation of similar HR systems (constitutes an advantage)
Good understanding of IT systems and the principles underlying them
MS SQL database knowledge (constitutes an advantage)
Communication skills, team spirit
