Ideal Candidate
University degree in economics or technical fields
Basic economic knowledge, knowledge of current legislation applicable in the field of human resources (personnel, payroll, timekeeping), accounting
Previous experience within HR departments or implementing similar HR systems (an advantage)
Good understanding of computer systems and the principles underlying them
MS SQL database knowledge (an advantage)
Communication skills, team spirit
