Higher education in economics or technical field
Cognitive knowledge of basic economics, knowledge of the applicable legislation in the field of human resources (personal, remuneration, attendance), accounting
Prior experience in HR departments or similar HR system implementation (constitutes an advantage)
Good understanding of computer systems and their underlying principles
Knowledge of MS SQL databases (constitutes an advantage)
Communication skills, team spirit
