• Absolvent of a faculty with economic or IT profile.
• Absolvent of Cibernetică și Informatică Economică represents an advantage
• You know the economic processes within a company, depending on the specific activities performed.
• You know and understand the document flow, goods, and services within an organization.
• Minimum experience of 1 year with an ERP system, HCM or CRM and solid knowledge of working with these systems.
• Capacity for rapid assimilation of new information and adaptation to technological or procedural changes.
• Oriented towards satisfying the client and ability to maintain a high level of satisfaction through excellent services.
• Abilities in organizing and managing time efficiently to prioritize requirements and respect established deadlines
• Capacity for attention to detail and providing precise and quality solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact efficiently with clients and internal team members

• Implementing the ERP solution at clients. Main activities: installation, configuration, training, assistance, client feedback.
• Participating in developing the implementation plan along with Project Manager and client;
• Preparing and transmitting specific documentation.
• Ensuring user support both during and after project completion, resolving issues related to usage and functionality reported by clients.
• Offering support and solutions to clients regarding ERP application, both from a business perspective and in terms of application usage;
• Collaborating permanently with Project Manager for planning implementations and creating implementation documentation.
• Performing business analysis along with client companies and analyzing client requirements. Implementing, installing, and configuring the ERP application according to these requirements.
• Managing own activities and periodically reporting on activity.
• Preparing acceptance documentation.
• Instructing users in using the application.
• Fully following up on each client's request from receipt to completion.
