Consultant HRIS (Human Resources Informational System)

• Superior education in computer science or HR, or equivalent professional experience.
• You possess ideally a first experience in implementing or maintaining information systems projects.
• Knowledge of one or more HRIS would be an advantage.
• Tech skills in JavaScript, SQL, and/or HTML are a plus.
• Familiarity with French payroll is a plus.
• You have good mastery of the French language - at least B2 level, ideally C1.

• Participate in the elaboration of technical and functional analysis of received client needs.

• Perform unitary and global testing and validate the solution from a technical and functional standpoint.
• Participate in training new collaborators on parameterization.
• Sustain, through the provision of technical expertise, all consultants.
• Participate in the elaboration of necessary documentation for new configurations or standard version evolutions.
• Assist clients during the testing phase (provide assistance via a ticketing tool).
• Provide visibility on work progress and ensure activity reporting.

Based on expertise held in the Romanian market due to Cegedim Customer Information and Cegedim RX presence in Romania for over 25 years, the CEGEDIM group decided to create a new services center in Bucharest.

The CEGEDIM SERVICE CENTER was established in January 2017 in the Aurel Vlaicu area, taking into account the growth needs of the group and recognized linguistic and operational competencies, as well as IT talent potential in Romania. This new entity brought opportunities to develop new activities for clients from France or continue those already launched in other countries where the group is present, offering creative and efficient solutions to meet business client needs, with customer satisfaction being our top priority.

Given the success registered over the past 5 years of activity, Cegedim Service Center has over 390 employees (January 2023) who have chosen to build together an operational excellence center.
